Sinai Health System Receives American Heart Association Award

The Food and Nutrition Services Department is proud to announce that Sinai Health System has been awarded Gold level status as a Start Fit Friendly organization. This provides Sinai Health System with national recognition though the American Heart Association, which is in line with our vision to become, "the national model for the delivery of urban healthcare." Several programs that have been implemented to help us gain this recognition are:

- Sinai Health System Walking Map
- Monthly Walking Programs
- Annual Pedometer Contest
- Annual Farmers Market
- Stairwell Signage
